christmoose SUGAR cookies for all

today i got an alphabet cutter set from the amazing 
new casual gourmet kitchen store in guelph on carden street


instead of christmas cards this year everyone's getting their name in cookie form




M is for makemakemake

1/2 c. solid margerine
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1/4 t. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/4 t. baking powder
pinch of salt

2 T. milk


cream together:
room temp. marg + sugar + egg + vanilla


mix in separate bowl:
flour + powder + salt


add dry to wet & mix


add milk


refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight


bake for 7-9 minutes at 350


cool on rack


ice when cooled


icing


a cup of icing sugar
slowly add little bits of milk and mix until the consistency 
is good for icing les biscuits
