alstroemeria

the alstroemeria, also called a peruvian lily, 

is my favorite flower...in white, or orange, or coral

(the tulip is a close second)

i like having them the most because they have the look of a wild flower,
they're modestly priced, and they last a long time;

 they don't tend to wilt when they are dying, 

the petals just fall off slowly
